Refund policy

All on-line orders are processed in 1-2 business days. 

All payment transactions are processed securely through Shopify, including PayPal, Google Pay, and Shop Pay, based on the payment options selected by the customer. Elrei Soaps LLC does not collect or store credit card information.

Returns and exchanges are not permitted due to the nature of soap products. Elrei Soaps LLC will however work diligently with our customers to mitigate issues done on our behalf.

By using the services provided in the online store, the customer agrees to the terms listed. Any changes in policies and procedures will be posted in the online store to keep customers aware of such changes.
